Start in 'Safe Mode' and then do a complete anti virus scan using MSE, Malwarebytes. Shut down and re-start the computer.

Also you should go to bleepingcomputer.com and download adwcleaner / roguekiller, junkware removal tool and if the problem persist run combofix.
