My budget has been cut considerably from the last time as my mom reconsidered about whether or not I needed that computer :( I am very serious on this, do you know a build that would be future proof meaning lots of upgrade space?

Solution
well for 700$ you can get a ok end but ultra graphics in games like BF4 and cod Ghosts are not possible older games from 2012 2011 will run ultra no probs i will have a build set up for u in 10 min

"future-proofing" a system is something especially hard to accomplish with new products coming out on different chip-sets/form factors constantly.

What're your main plans for this computer? is it gaming? surfing the web? rendering? photo-editing? or just doing general work?
Do you need a monitor, keyboard and mouse with this or have you got these covered?

No need for OS, monitor keyboard and mouse, etc have those all covered. Just the PC itself, I'm going to be gaming mostly, surfing the web, very rarely some photo editing, also very rarely some video editing, streaming movies, etc. Everyday stuff except I would like to be more on the gaming side =) Possible to play games like crysis 3 1080P 30+ FPS Ultra 4x AA with $700 build?

I'd personally advise you to stay away from the power supply that Marcello727 has suggested, they aren't the most reliable, or most efficient power supplies out there (especially the Dynamo series he's suggested)

A good power supply is essential, if you can get a quality, 80+ Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum Corsair, SeaSonic or XFX power supply then that would be best.
