Hi, I bought a PC a while ago and are planing on OC'ing it/selling it because it can't even handle 1x gtx 670 (I have 2x 670 atm...).

I was wondering if I have a Black Edition =).

Here are the specs:
AMD Phenom II X4 955

(according to Speccy).

Solution
All 955s are black edition, the 955 wasn't as such in its model because it was the only one before, the 965 and upward were tagged with BE in their model.

Unksol, not all Phenom IIs were black editions, a lot of the PII X4 and PII X6 models were not black editions and had locked multipliers.

You can OC it its better but still you need a good cooler so my recommendation would be selling it but who says that it cant run a 670 it definitely can but will be a slight bottleneck

It can run, it just has a big bottleneck (my FPS drops below 30 in BF4 on high sets and doesn't change when going to medium/low) --> That is why I'm trying to OC.
I have a decent cooler, Cooler Master Hyper TX3 (OC'ing on the stock cooler would be useless lol).

My main question is still "is it a black edition"? It means I can probably OC higher and it would be useful to mention in the description if I'm going to sell it. =)

All "black edition" means is it CAN be overclocked not that it will overclock higher. All 955s (and for that matter all phenomenon IIs besides business class and energy efficient models) are black edition there's no reason to state it as that's just what a 955 is.

Thank you =). And unksol, my thoughts about BE are similar to the "K" intel uses. No K = very light OC/No OC, K is decent to heavy OC =). I don't know if my way of thinking is correct but that is how I see it atm :$
