Okay so my when I go on my core temps and when I'm playing bf4 my core temps show 45c to 62c but mostly just around 50mid am I okay?

Above 60c its considered unsafe and unstable.

And AMD CPU temps arent known to be very accurate so be careful when your so close to 60c like that it could be 5-20c cooler or hotter than what it is telling you.

So I barley make the requirements huh? No more overcloaking lol I got it up to 4.5ghz is that good or okay for the degrees?

But I use core temp what else can I do to get a better accurate temperature reading I'm using a hyper 212 evo

I would be more comfortable at 4.3 or 4.4 with those temps but you should be okay.
