Should I get a FX-8350 with a 290x, a FX-8350 with a GTX 780 Ti, or an Intel i5 4670k with a 290x? I can't get a Intel i5 with a GTX 780 Ti because it is too much money. My budget is $1300. I will be playing a lot of Battlefield, CoD (don't hate), Bioshock, and Source games.

A R9 290 would be better as it can be overclocked to a R9 290X. There performance in 290X isn't worth it when a R9 290 can reach the same performance at a lower cost. However, a GTX 780Ti right now is one of the best gpu on the market.
For the cpu, it will depends on the motherboard you decided to pair it with.
With a FX 8350, you would want a 990FX motherboard.
With an i5 4670k, you want a z87 or z97 motherboard.
If you give the complete budget for your pc build, it would help to see where you need to allocate your spending.
