Weird stuff happening

I dont know what the hell is wrong but here is the issue:

I can run BF4 at Ultra straight off, no problem.
But I cant run Euro Truck Simulator at highest settings at all, i get around 30fps!!

What can I do to make it work??

I have a GTX 780.

set affinity to 1core. what happens?

or try compatibility mode........ xp maybe?

Affinity did not work, and compability mode... Nope :/

if you right click on the icon ( on the desktop or in W7 games console ) does it give you an option to run in DX9?
