Have you tried looking it up on youtube that is probably the best way. Once it is locked down though it shouldn't move PERIOD! Once locked in to place you should be able to pick up the motherboard by the cooler and it shouldn't fall off, it shouldn't wiggle or dangle it should be like it's cemented to the board.

Be careful!!! I don't think you are quite ready to be building a PC yet... all of your parts are very delicate and even teh slightest shocks can damage parts. I'd suggest searching the Internet with your motherboard and CPU like you have here because I don't know exactly how your's is like.
