Those are boxes in the sky around clouds. I also have a problem with distance. Some lighting effects, i.e campfires, don't show until i'm close enough to the source of the light.
I have Realistic Lighting Overhaul, I have ELFX, and Climates of Tamriel that I have used, but with the picture i'm only using RLO. I can't seem to find a fix for this.
I'm using sli gtx 670s.
