Hey, everybody

I'm currently running an AMD FX-8320 at 3.5 GHZ with a Cooler Master Seidon 120V CPU cooler. For some reason whenever my CPU hits about 35%-40% of its maximum usage it reaches about 65 degrees Celsius and sometimes even forces my whole system to crash. This shouldn't be happening since the liquid cooler should be keeping it at about 50 degrees Celsius. Also, prior to this CPU I used an AMD FX-6100 with just a stock heat sync from AMD and it never got above 65 Celsius and never crashed my system due to overheating. I do the same exact things and run the same exact programs with the 8320 that I did with the 6100 so I'm just a little confused. My initial thought was that the liquid cooler wasn't working but I opened up my rig and it seems to be working just fine. Did I maybe not put enough cooling paste on or not apply it properly? Is there something wrong with the CPU itsel? Or perhaps I should change the direction of the exhaust fan for my CPU cooler to see if that helps? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, guys.
