They're the similar problems:
1. Your CD might be scratched, smudged or dirty, Clean your CD.
2. Your CD-ROM Drive might not be installed.
Solutions:
1. You must install CD-ROM Drive.
2. Clean a CD or shop a new CD for Windows XP.
3. Insert that CD into CD-ROM Drive.
4. Install Windows.
5. See if that helps.
