If you have some cash remaining, consider a higher quality PSU. That one isn't really designed with overclocking in mind as it uses a few cheaper capacitors in its construction. Maybe the XFX 550 or Antec HCG620M for example. Both are enough to run your system.

Again, if you have the funds, consider putting in an SSD as well. I won't help with gaming frames per second, but it makes load times much faster, including booting up windows. Once you've had one, you'll never look back. Optional.
