I want to upgrade my GPU to a nVidia GTX 770 in my PC and I currently have a GTX 650. It says that it requires 600 watts itself! I currently have a 750W power supply.
The rest of my hardware:
CPU - Intel i5-4570 3.20GHz (4th Generation)
Motherboard - Asus B85M-G Socket 1150
Ram - Corsair Vengeance (1x8 GB) Low Profile
HDD - Seagate 1TB Barracuda Internal
Optical Drive - LiteOn IHOS104 SATA Blu-Ray
CPU Cooler - Cooler Master Hyper TX3 Evo
And a mouse, keyboard and wireless card

So my question is, with my current hardware listed above and with the GTX 770 what watt power supply should I get without any of the components being bottlenecked?

Your current PSU will be enough, that 600W recommendation is for the entire system.
