I keep getting complete shutdowns somewhat at random. One second everything is going fine, and the next it's as if I just pulled the plug.

Specs:
PSU: Corsair CX750M (750 Watts)
GPU: Nvidia GTX 660
CPU: AMD FX-8320
RAM: ADATA 2x8GB DDR3 1600 MHz
Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 R2.0

It usually happens when I'm putting my GPU under some stress, but not always. I've run the burn-in test on FurMark, and about half the time it works, and the other half it shuts down. The temperature is staying at very reasonable temperatures. At high stress, the GPU never exceeds 70C and the CPU never exceeds 40C. I've tested the memory with memtest and it hasn't seen any problems. I've tested the CPU with LinX and also no problems. I've replaced both the PSU and GPU under the warranty, and neither fixed the problem.

I'm at a complete loss about what the cause might be. Any idea what might be causing this/how to fix it?

I couldn't find any virus, I already updated the bios, and I check for windows updates daily.
