I have a budget of 1750 Canadian dollars(including taxes(15%) shipping, insurance, assembly);
I want to play all game up until 2018-2019;
Upgrade-able to 5th gen if possible;
I want durability and robustness;
non-overclocking <--- very important;
Air cooled <--- I don't care about the noise(bring it on);
I also do a lot of video editing and conversion. so I need at least 2TB of HD don't even think about SSD the're way too small and costly;
I don't need a OS;
I don't need blue ray but a dvd/cd writer;
I also do a lot of peer to peer so my PC is always on
This is my current build

Intel core 2 duo E8400 3.0 GHz
ASUS P5Q-E
eVGA nvidia 9800gtx+
OCZ 2X2GB DDR2 1033GHz
1 x 500GB HD, 1 x 80GB HD, ext. 1.5TB HD
95% of the time the Computer is ON
never had any problems what so even except for the
HD that I changed 1 time and 2 dvd writer
