Yeah, it should be compatible. Z97 is compatible with Haswell and Broadwell both. But in my opinion, if you're going with the 4770k, you might as well just go with a Z87 board because Broadwell won't be enough of a jump to be worth it over the 4770k. The generation after Broadwell will break socket compatibility and need a new board, anyway. I would only do that if I were going to buy a cheaper Haswell to hold me over until Broadwell comes out.
But yes, it will work.
