Looking for opinions on these components together;

CPU: Intel Core i7-4820K 3.7GHz Quad-Core Processor ($313.96 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-X79-UP4 ATX LGA2011 Motherboard ($232.99 @ NCIX US)
Memory: G.Skill Trident X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-2400 Memory ($189.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Samsung 840 EVO 250GB 2.5" Solid State Disk ($199.99 @ Newegg)

Also, I am using a cosmos2 case and a 850W PSU, what GPU do people recommend for about €300, and why?
And lastly, I am hoping to water cool the system, CPU & GPU, using a reservoir, pump and rad, what do people recommend, (living in Ireland so has to be able to be delivered to there)?
Thanks!!!!

for the money use the newer 1150 haswell cpu or wait for the new haswell-e that will be dropping soon.

I taught the lga 2011 socket was newer than lga 1150? and the 2011 can handle up to 64 gb ram compared to 32gb by the 1150?

What do you plan on using the computer for? That changes the focus of what components to recommend.

I was looking at possibly GTX760, GTX770 or R9, which do people recommend? Also is that motherboard a solid choice?
Any good choices for water-cooling, for about €300, loop the cpu and gpu in one loop and use a dual bay reservoir?
