What should I get

For my pc build should I go with a i7 4770k and the ASUS Maximus iv formula or a i7 4790k with a z97 motherboard.

No you wouldn't be losing any performance. ITs a great CPU with lots of overclocking potential and a great motherboard.

~They do look good, I wouldn't know about that though.

thank you and would I be loosing performance if I go with this combo? and I love the ASUS thermal armor so do you think ASUS will make a z97 formula?
