I don't see, being a non 'k' series, you being able to overclock almost anything. Especially for all the work that will go into getting just the smallest bump. Not worth even trying.

Motherboard doesn't matter, the chip isn't made to be overclocked at all.

It doesn't matter you can go out and get a 300+ ROG motherboard and you still wouldn't be able to overclock it more than a few MHz. To get big overclocks you need a good motherboard and an unlocked CPU which you don't have.
