As long as you don't overclock with that mobo it should be ok.
Unless you have a spare HDD, I would recommend not getting a SSD, 120gb can fill up fast and you can always add it in later. Up to you here.

The r9 280x can do with a 550w. Also the CX series are budget models and very hit or miss.

I'd get this one instead.

Edit: Your don't need that kind of ram too be honest, it doesn't help your system so much. Higher stocked ram does help with APUs though.
