Intel i5 950$ Budget PC, Opinions?

This is the result of a lot of trial and error in building some PCs on pcpartpicker.
Do you guys have any recommendations that might improve this build?
And I'm always in the market to shave a few bucks off a build, so anything of that nature would be great.

There is this, it will be a bit more expensive (and slightly over your budget), but it has much better graphics than the original build.
