I am trying to figure out what I need to upgrade to make my gaming rig run to it's full potential. I built my own, despite the fact that i am still learning and not entirely knowledgeable about it. I originally had a GTX 650 graphics card and it ran decently, but more demanding games would stutter unless I lowered the settings, and I wanted to be able to run most newer games at ultra and 60fps. So I upgraded to a GTX 780 ti. However I still am running into lots of FPS drops, stuttering, etc in Watch Dogs, Crysis 3, Battlefield 4, and I just installed Wolfenstein The New Order and it runs horribly, like a slideshow. Very frustrating. As it stands here is what I have

GTX 780 ti
Intel Core i7-2600 cpu @3.40GHz
24.0 GB Installed Physical Memory (RAM)
35.7 GB Total Virtual Memory
2TB Hard Drive
another 2TB hard drive (where my games are stored)
Intel DH67GD Motherboard
a 750 W power supply
and I am running Windows 8.1

Any help anyone could give me would be so greatly appreciated, i still have so much to learn about building a gaming system, what should I do next?

Ive tried driver sweeper and done a clean install of my driver. I even updated ALL of my out of date drivers. I am totally stumped. I have built a powerful computer that should run games with ease, but something is wrong because it doesn't
