Did you try turning ON the on-board graphics in the BIOS when you used the on-board graphics?

And turn OFF the on-board graphics when you use a graphics card.

In the BIOS during startup. Repeatedly depress the F2 key, or the Delete key, as the case may be and you will be in the BIOS screen.

If you are unfamiliar with settings in the BIOS as for some help from a friend because wrong settings will ruin the computer.

Turn OFF all power to the computer. Disconnect the GTX 770 and then try to restart the computer. Once you have it running, install the drivers for the GTX 770 from Asus' website. At this point re-install the GTX 770 and make the adjustments in the BIOS.

In that event start over and follow this trouble-shooting guide: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/261145-31-perform-ste...

I know it is cumbersome but this will work.
