I presume with all the parts listed there, there will be a fan of sorts provided, of which i can mount on top of the cpu?

there is alway a fan included with a cpu...BUT it call a STOCK cpu cooler and its not build for last and sometime does not help cooling at all , i suggest always to buy an aftermarket cpu cooler , your cpu will be proud of you

corsair sp120 fans series are good

The graphics card has inbuilt fans and wouldn't leaving the side of the case, help at all or would that cause issues too?
