CPU Usage going at 100% when playing a game

Hi, I have a custom built Acer Aspire TC 105 desktop. I installed a corsair CX 600 w power supply and a new Diamond Radeon hd 7770 video card. Ever since I started playing games like Batman Arkham Origins, CPU usage goes up to 100%. It's so noisy. Can someone please tell me a way to lower the CPU usage?
Myspecs are,
AMD A10 6700 3.7 Ghz
8 Gb RAM
1 TB hard disk

WMI provider is always running. What OS are you using...Sometimes with Windows 7 the System will only use 1 or 2 cores of a Multi-core CPU.

No, But there's a program called WMI provider that uses about 15% memory. I'm not sure about the spelling. Is it normal for the CPU usage to be over 80% when playing a game?
