I'll be building my rig soon and these are my selected parts:

Case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147107&cm_re=rosewill_blackhawk_gaming_atx_mid_tower_case-_-11-147-107-_-Product

Mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157503

Memory: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820211810&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116901&cm_re=i7_4770k-_-19-116-901-_-Product

HDD: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B005T3GRNW/?tag=pcpapi-20

SSD: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B007M7XRQ8/?tag=pcpapi-20

GPU: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00CZ58WUI/?tag=pcpapi-20

PSU: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B004RJ8EKI/?tag=pcpapi-20

OS: Windows 8.1 64-Bit

I'm trying to keep my budget at around $1200. I was wondering if I'll need any additional cooling for the GPU and CPU. Also, I'm aware that I'll need to delid the CPU if I want to overclock but I'm not sure if I want to take that risk. Basically just looking for what I could do better with my budget, any help would be appreciated.

So far your build seems ok but i think you should make a few changes regarding the sdd and gpu. For the gpu i do NOT recommend msi. There fans are terrible and just don't go with them. Instead go with EVGA they have way better products period. I also recommend you go with the 4gb version off the 770 (if you don't mind the xtra 80$) to future proof your system and set you up for multiple monitors or higher resolutions. Also for a few extra $ you can go for a much better ssd the samsung 840 evo. One of the best ssd's made and made by a great brand. Good luck with your build.

Alright thanks, I'll look into those parts. So I won't need any additional cooling? Was just wandering if that case's cooling would be sufficient.

No your cases cooling will be fine. If you want to overclock you may want to look into a after market cooler. I reccomend noctua and phanteks if you are looking for the best of the best but cooler masters budget series (hyper) would be good on a budget
