Hi,

I want to buy a GeForce GTX 660 but I can't decide between these 2:

EVGA SC: http://goo.gl/5EHC0V

EVGA FTW: http://goo.gl/5INs7n

The FTW model is $20 more expensive but has slightly higher clock speeds and better cooling. What other differences do the cards have?

Which one should I get? Does the extra performance from the FTW model justify it's extra cost?

Also, which one is quieter?

Thanks.

Solution
The FTW is definitely worth the extra cost. The ACX cooler is a big upgrade over the standard reference cooler on the SC model. In addition to that, EVGA also upgrades the other PCB card components on the FTW models. The SC model uses reference design components. The FTW is built to handle higher clock speeds for sustained periods, meaning it will likely last longer than the SC model. It will most definitely be quieter and perform a little bit faster.
