Gpu overheating when gaming or watching youtube?

FSP Group Mini ITX / Micro ATX 80 Plus Bronze Certification 450W Power Supply (FSP450-60GHS(85)-R)

when i watch youtube videos or play high graphic games my newly built computer the gpu fans goes crazy and computer gets super loud then it crashes like what i said in the title

I even underclocked my gpu to the maximum and this still happens why?

when i uninstalled my gpu driver and used motherboard graphics it doesnt seem to crash but my cpu fan is going crazy loud instead

one new weird development, i revert my amd radeon R7 260X graphic card driver one back.
the computer froze and restarted instead of black screening and freezing without restarting, it happened at around 81c for my gpu

ok im completely baffled now, i set my afterburner and underclocked the gpu to the lowest setting, turned on deus ex human revolution on the loading screen and the temperature immediately jumped to 100+ celcius. It shutdown my computer all together

thanks, ill try that.
Another weird thing happening, i am able to run whatever games or youtube vids without the gpu going crazy, the temps are relativelity low and the fan isnt loud like before which is weird. No crashes so far today so i have no idea why i was crashing the first 2 days and not today

err i spoke too soon, i opened a vid of utube and the gpu fan went crazy, the temp kept going up to about 85+ then i shut off the vid and the temp still kept climbing 100+ getting louder and louder until the comp crashed

I agree. While your case does have poor airflow, it should not be running this hot. There does seem to be a problem with this device and an RMA is in order.
