$1600 Gaming Pc budget build, AMD vs Intel, gtx 770

Hello and thank you for taking your time to read this,
I am a pc gamer and am building my first computer this summer. I would greatly enjoy a SSD boot drive with room for a game or two. I will be doing some editing/streaming, but nothing incredible. I hope to be able to throw in more money down the line to do SLI or upgrade mobo and CPU. I have made three pcpartpicker lists all under $1600 (my budget). I already own an extra copy of Windows 8, and I have a gaming headset and mouse already. I cannot use ethernet so I selected a well-rated wireless card. I would like to use an Nvidia gtx 770. Is the hyper 212 Really enough cooling for such a powerful computer? also, I dont have a microcenter anywhere near me, so that's not an option... I also need a powerful wifi adapter because I cannot use ethernet... Although your suggestions include very powerful components, i would really like to be able to include a monitor and a good cherry MX keyboard... I like the builds you have included, but I want a quality build all-around, not one with a $700 graphics card and a $30 cpu cooler... Could you think of a more balanced build than the ones you have provided? (btw i've heard that the hyper 212 evo is good, but not even close to the same performance as the D14 from noctua.)

Yes the 212 is more than fine for the chip and like I showed if you switch out for the 780 it almost covers the cost that sucks about not living near a Microcenter trust me that chip is fine with the 30 dollar cooler

the three builds you posted are very solid its just that your build is on the cusp of being a great gaming rig and the 770 is very good it is literally the only thing i would really change on all of your builds also if you are planing on some serious oc do not get anything less than the h100i if you dont plan to the 212 is more than enough for modest oc. would you be willing to change to a different gpu?

Yeah I definitely agree that a $700 GPU would not pair well with a $30 cooler. You should get at least a D14 or a closed liquid loop like a Thermaltake Water 3.0 or NZXT Kraken X60. This is what I would suggest for your budget:
