Max VI what, there are a few variants. But this RAM will work just fine in all of them, should fit like a glove. Yet I would suggest 2 x 8GB over a quad set of 4 x 4 GB, it would leave 2 slots open for future upgrade and time better. You only have 2 channels anyway, no need to spend the extra money on a quad set.
