I bought asus rampage 4 black this month and i feel like im stuck because the new procces haswell well come with another socket not 2011 is that correct ?
no hope i can change just update the bios or intell well lunch another haswell can be correct with my board because it is realy good board

Haswell E will be for the new 2011 socket, and the X99 chipset, what is currently available is the Haswell and the Haswell refresh (in the locked CPUs), the Haswell Refresh (devils Canyon) K models may be released along with Computex or shortly afterward - they and Haswell-E are two completely different animals

If I am understanding correctly, you got a LGA 2011 socket. However, the Haswell E came out for the 1150 socket(which is true). BIOS will not change sockets. It is soft ware, not hardware..
