Solution

The GTX 750/750 Ti don't require any additional power connectors to power them up. You just need a PCI-e slot on your mobo and you should be okay.

Check out below:

Quoted from article "Taking each of these measurements into account, we have to congratulate Nvidia for its enormous efficiency improvement. The GeForce GTX 750 Ti indeed gets along without an additional PCIe power connector even under extreme load."

but my budget is fixed...................

You might be able to squeeze in a GTX 750 Ti, depending on your budget:

~$130-160 and requires no additional power from the PSU (it uses the 75w from the PCI-e slot)

This is assuming you have a PCI-e slot to put the GPU in. Do you have this slot on your Mobo?

I'm not sure what your budget is, but you might consider doing at least a PSU upgrade too. It all depends on your budget for this upgrade.

yes but how about with rest of my specs..........

Well Watch Dogs on your system is going to interesting. You have a bit older Dual core CPU and if you have a R7 250, your going to struggling to run that game.

Here are the specs:
Minimum System Requirements
Operating System Windows Vista (SP2)
Windows 7 (SP1)
Windows 8 and 8.1

Note that Watch Dogs only supports 64 bit OSs.
Processor (CPU)
2.66 GHz Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400
3.0 GHz AMD Phenom II X4 940
System Memory
6GB RAM
Video Card* (GPU)
nVidia GeForce GTX460
AMD Radeon HD5850
Hard Drive Space
25 GB
Sound Card
DirectX 9.0c Compatible Sound Card
DirectX Version
DirectX 11
Internet
Broadband connection required for multiplayer mode

So you don't have a quad core CPU, so I'm not sure you'll be able to run the game. I don't know for sure, so you might see if there are other dual core CPU's running that game out there.

Seems a bit iffy on their motives in a lot of their responses (I looked at the comments on the first video and all they are looking for is subscribers - at least that is how I took it).

I don't know if your going to be able to run the game, but the better GPU you get, the more than likely you will have a better gaming experience. That is why I recommended the GTX 750 Ti model, if you can fit it into your budget.

That is with a i7 3960x CPU, which IIRC is a $1,000 CPU, so the results are going to be a bit different. I believe the OP might be able to play at 1280 x 720 High details or maybe 1920 x 1080 on very low settings. It will be interesting to know how his system works with WD's, so the OP please post back an let us know your findings.
