need suggestions on first build

im planning to make my first build pc which i plan on using to play watch dogs in the future, my budget is about 800 dollars without the video card. Other components not needed: mouse and keyboard

Here is my mock build based on research
ASRock Z87 Extreme4
Intel Core i5-4570 3.20-3.60GHz (Quad Core) Haswell-cpu
Ram Gskill Ripjaws X 8GB 4gbx2 DDR3 1333 CL9
Psu Corsair TX750M 750watts 80PLUS Bronze (Modular)
Hdd Internal Seagate 1TB 7200RPM 64MB, ST1000DM003 (SATA 6 Gb/s)
NZXT Phantom 410 Mid Tower

Hello,

I would recommend purchasing an SSD for your build, as the costs have come down alot recently and it will add a noticeable difference in performance on your build.

Should be a capable machine otherwise.

Well it's hard to say without any kind of budget for the GPU. I would normally say a GTX 770/GTX 780 or R9 280x/R9 290 with what kind of build you have there, but it all depends on your total budget with all of the parts needed.

can this build play Watchdogs or Battlefield 4?

It should be able to play any game out there. The R9 290 is one of the best GPU's for the $ you can buy. The GTX 780 is a good option too, it just is more $ than the R9 290 at this point in time.
