I need something that I can max everything on and get high fps. I play everything from MMO's To Crysis 3. This is what I made, is it good? If not , what would you build in this price range. Wanted to be able to go under the 1500 mark with an R9 290x , But if its worth it id be willing to stick with the Superclocked ACX GeForce GTX 780. Or Option 2 , I could crossfire two R9 270's.

I would go with an Intel build simply because, Intel has the raw power to keep up with games and longevity at the same time. The FX - 8350 would beat the Intel for something like 3D modelling, rendering, special effects work etc. due to the fact that it is a better multitasker due to the fact that it has more cores and is hyper threaded.

Also if you are into overclocking i would go with something like this: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3RNRG

Your build is pretty decent disregarding the AMD CPU though.

What would your choice on the cooler be if it's sarcasm :)  ? The builds that marcopolo and mamamia gave are pretty good.

Oh and try and get a laser mouse instead of an optical one, the tracking method is better on lasers and don't flinch when changing surfaces.

Depends on circumstance. It's a half decent cooler, but there are much better options out there for better overclocks. Maybe 1% of the people on this forum actually know about coolers other than the 212 EVO though.

OK, for large cases:

for those who want to cool the RAM as well:

for silence in small cases:

That said, the infamus hyper212evo which everybody DOES recommend is good value for money. I just question myself why so many people mount it right away, even if they don't overclock, without trying the boxed cooler?

Ok, we are really getting off OPs topic. Stop talking about CPU coolers and answer his question, don't put any of your own opinions in to the discussion, please.
