Which PSU do you suggest in buying as my System is running slow after changing the PSU

I have
Intel Core i7 -3770 CPU@3.40GHz,
8 GB Corsair Vengance Ram,
NVidia GeForce GTX 650
And just got iBall 400Watt PSU. and after changing the PSU its running Slow. Any suggestions

that PSU is not very good, I would suggest a Corsair/Antec/XFX/Seasonic PSU with at least 80+ BRONZE certification and a minimum of 5 years warranty, then you know your looking at something quality.

if you are from india then look for corsair vs650 ..it's very good....it's powering my r9 290
