Okay so like the post says I'm trying to upgrade/ rebuild my pc while salvaging any usable parts From my current one. These are my current parts

-Power Supply: Rx-420K 420W
Motherboard: P7N SLI Platinum Series MS-7380 (v1.x)
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E7200 2.53 Mhz
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS
Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 200GB Model#: ST3200822AS
DVD-Rom: ASUS DVD-E616P3
DVD/CD Writer: TS-H552L
Memory:
Micron 4GB (2x2GB) DDR2 server memory: 240 pin 667 mhz

Mushkin Enhance Silverline 2GB (2x1GB) 240-pin DDR2 Dual Channel

Kingston value RAM 1GB 240-Pin DDR2 667mhz
Tower: Full Sized
OS: Windows 8

Now i am pretty new to all of the ins and outs of the PC building game, but I just want a PC that will run League of Legends and WoW while streaming on Twitch. I'd like to keep it under 500 in parts.

Thank everyone who helps out with this very much. IF you have any other questions, just ask

Solution
There are no parts you can salvage from your current PC, not even the hard drive or DVD drive as those will probably be IDE not SATA unless you get a motherboard that supports IDE. For £500 you can easily build yourself a new PC which will run the requirements needed for LoL and WoW whilst streaming. Here is what I would suggest:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor (£71.99 @ Aria PC)
Motherboard: Asus M5A97 R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard (£59.61 @ Amazon UK)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory (£59.98 @ Amazon UK)
Storage: Western Digital RE3 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM...

This PC will do much more then just play LoL and Wow, it should also handle more intense games e.g. Battlefield 4 on high or possibly ultra settings.
