I have HP probook and playback option shows only speaker option. how can i get headphone option. When i play music sound comes from speaker but not headphones. I check all options. enable all disconnected and disable devices at Playback but headphones option not appearing. My headphones are working fine on other laptop.

Try reinstalling your audio drivers , this has worked for a few others with your issue
