Phenom 1055T Bottleneck 280X toxic?

Hi all,

I want to buy Sapphire 280X Toxic, or Sapphire 290 Tri-X OC, but i dont know if my processor will do bottleneck.

MotherBoard: Asus Sabertooth 990FX
CPU: Phenom III X6 1055T.
RAM: 12GB 1600 Dell.
PS: Tacens Valeo V 800W

this has been tested before and there will be a slight bottleneck (not too bad), a good overclock should decrease the bottleneck. with the 280X, the bottleneck is very small, and shouldn't be worth worrying about, 290 a bit more, but still not too bad.
