You can run it on medium, but that RAM will cause slowdown and lag when it runs out, because 6 or 8GB is recommended

I have a i7-960, GTX 660, 16gb ram and i cannot run the game for shizzle. even on medium there is stuttering and major FPS drops.

For ultra you need at least 16gbs of ram, a gtx 770+ video card and at least an Intel Core i5 4670k!

I'm in the same boat, i7 950, gtx 660, game stutters and suffers major framerate drops even at Medium settings. It runs at Ultra, but not even close to well.

The 850 doesn't exist, nor does the 4700, are you on a laptop?

Hello,

I'm running an fx8350 OC'd to 4.2, 8GB 1600 ram, R9 290 and SSD...when I play watchdogs on ultra it stutters a little during daytime scenes and chases but now the system freezes completely when the scene gets more complex i.e: night scene car chase...I'm thinking it's maxing out my memory as I have to completely restart my computer to get any response. Thoughts?

Blame the pro optimisation (It's bad, especially bad for AMD), wait for patches.

I guess I'm lucky then. I have a FX-4100 oc'd to 4175 with 4250 boost. Gigabyte gtx 660 8 GB ram. And I can run at Ultra with TXAA 4x I do use a 720P tv with v sync 1 frame and buff frame 1 so it's not 1080. But it plays perfect for me. I've done a bit of tweaking to my system. But nothing extreme

Ive got i5 3330 8gb ram and 750ti and i could run it on high with 40-50fps. I would say you could go for med-high only because of 4gb ram.

There must be something wrong with your hardware. I have an i7-950 with 10gb of ram and sli'd GTS450's and I run it on medium no problem. The 450's sli'd are the equivalent of a GTX470 which is basically the minimum requirement for the game.
