Solution

You should see a noticeable improvement, and the 212 evo will be OK, but noisy at load temperatures.

ill go with the asus for ram
gigabyte does not support 1600 mhz

no would this setup around the amd fx 8350 perform better
then

my old

Rosewill BLACKHAWK MID/ Asus CROSSHAIR V FORMULA-Z/ AMD FX 8100 @ 3 GHZ w/ deep cool twin turbine air cooler/ EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 750 B/ Kingston HyperX 16GB (4x4GB)-1600mhz GPU- Evga GTX 760 4 gb/ 120 GB ssd samsung 840

only difference would be cpu mobo and cooler

so will my performance increase from the 8350 or no?

Why do you need a new motherboard? Your Crosshair V Formula works fine.

no as i said the motherboard and cpu blew or fried they do not work
and the cooler is not sufficient

so that why i need a new cpu , cpu cooler and mobo

but all my other parts do work and will be used with the new mobo cpu and cooler

okay thanks
as for being noisy that's fine by me

my room get way to hot
and its super loud already so another fan wont be much difference lolz
