But How do I differentiate it with cloud services with other services?
And most of the case the cloud services are not listed in the task manager...

Everything running on your computer will be in task manager under one of the tabs. As to what each thing does, you might try Ultimate Troubleshooter - a small cheap program for optimising your PC - it contains a description of every task it finds etc

What "Cloud Services" are you interested in? Are you trying to determine if Google Drive client is running or if AWS client dashboard is running? OR are you trying to determine what "Cloud Services" the computer is providing to someone like Folding at Home or cloud storage ??

Full cloud provider services would be things like Open Stack.

I am actually working on a GUI development project wherein Client is interested to give the user the list of cloud service providers that are currently available in their System, So that the user job is just to select the name of the service provider and such that the files will be automatically saved in the respective cloud service providers folder with their login details.(Desktop based cloud services is what I meant)
