Not much else to add. I have a password on my login, so I can't do anything. I really don't want to fresh install, so avoiding that would be great.

Make sure you have Legacy USB device support turned on in the BIOS

I don't exactly recall what the update was, it was late last night. Something to do with USB though obviously.

Hardware:
- Intel Core i5 4670K @ 4 GHz
- G.Skill Ripjaws 8GB DDR3 1600MHz
- MSI B85-G43 Mobo
- MSI Radeon R9 280X Gaming 3GB
- Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit
- SanDisk Ultra Plus 128GB SSD (Boot drive)
- Seagate Barracuda 1TB (Mass Storage)
- Silverstone Strider Plus 600W
- Aerocool Telum White Edition Case

Correct. As I said, the keyboard and mouse work fine when in the BIOS.

Okay, solved it. Booted into safe mode with command prompt, typed rstrui.exe to open System restore, and restored to before the update.
