I would like to buy a 27" inch monitor with following requirement

1080p resolution , IPS screen , 5 ms response time(lesser, the better but i think most of IPS falls under 5ms category) , 250$ budget,

Considering the after sales services in India, i would stick with following brands
LG, ASUS, SAMSUNG

Just in case you are interested on my rig which is as follows:

AMD Fx 6300
GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3P AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
Cooler Master Hyper 212X cooler
Radeon R9 270x
Gskill ripjaws 8 GB (2 * 4 GB)
WD Caviar Blue 1TB 7200 rpm
Seasonic 620w S12II power supply unit
Corsair carbide 300 R case

Thank you so much for helping me on this.

After a quick check, the samsung and asus ones are of TN display and the LG one is of IPS. And i liked the looks and specs of LG 27ea63v.

Does any one have this monitor? i would like to get an opinion on the gaming and movie watching experience on this one.

Thanks.

Thank you. After watching a limited reviews on this LG, i think I am going with this. I just need to go to a store and check it out myself.

BTW, my gaming rig (fx6300 + R9 270X )posted above should handle gaming on a 27 inch monitor with 1080p and 60fps right?
