I'm relatively new to PC gaming and most of my games wont run when my PC passes pretty much all of their recommended settings. I got my PC about 9 months ago and a guy from overclockers built it for me. Here is the Spec:

Motherboard= ASUSTek P8Z77-V LX
RAM= 8GB DDR3
Graphics Card= NVIDIA GTX 660ti
Processor= i5 3570K

All my Drivers are up to date and I've recently purchased watch dogs and it is pretty much unplayable on lowest graphics :c Would really appreciate the help because I'm really not sure what to do everything is really choppy and ugly :(

More about : games wont run good needed

Ok, I've seen people pull this before.... is your monitor plugged into your graphics card or to the motherboard? If it is plugged into the motherboard, your cpu is doing the graphics. Make sure it is plugged into the lower horizontal plug, not the higher up, vertical one.

Watchdogs is a very poorly optimised game and some people with 770s have told me they are not getting acceptable fps, i think they are working on optimising the game for pc, but until then you should just wait. (Please correct me if i am wrong)

Which PCI-E x16 slot is the graphics card installed in? Is it in the blue one or the black one? It needs to be in the blue one.

Your poor performance is most likely due to optimisation, like Ollie B said.
Try running something like Battlefield 3, any crysis game, Far cry 3, Metro last light, see how those games perform.
