If you look on spec of both next to each other you can see difference is only in two things.

1st is case
2nd is optical drive

Neither will have effect on your gaming. (in theory airflow could affect temps and gaming through that but chances for that are slim and both cases looks like it got enough case cooling).
Each case got some + and some -.
Ultimately pick one which you like more/looks better to you.
 


In most multi-threaded games yes, the FX 8350 and 4670k will be neck-in-neck on the CPU side.

However...

The intel build has a weaker GPU and PSU. So side-by-side, the complete AMD system is better than the intel build you linked above.

i would go with the amd build... but i dont think these systems come prebuilt... so i would purchase the same components seperately and build it then. i put all parts into pcpartpicker and you save around $25 rather than buying all parts off newegg.
