Hi guys,so basically i want to know if first time builder can manually put all hardware together and make them work without any external help in home ?

The thing is i have already bought these parts except for case and no local computer shop is willing to help me out build it,because they are not bought in their store and they fear to take any responsibility.

I wonder with help of you guys and maybe some video or other tutorials i will be able to do it myself :)

Here's the build : link:http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2pzrr

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($208.98 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: ASRock Z75 Pro3 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($66.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($75.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($59.23 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB Video Card
Power Supply: XFX 550W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($49.99 @ NCIX US)
Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer ($16.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $478.17

Note:I have already seen some tutorials and it's pretty simple for me to put MOBO,CPU.GPU and RAM together, but i have no knowledge how to manage PSU cables , what are these PIN connectors,RAM timings, voltages, and BIOS

The only thing i need to know if i can do it myself or not,if yes - i will go through anything to finish building...

Thanks in advance!!!

If you'd like some video tutorials, here are a list of tech-specific YouTube channels that I'm subscribed to and trust. I never liked that idea of giving someone a bunch of links to sources that they themselves don't trust so here you go :)

LinusTechTips: https://www.youtube.com/user/LinusTechTips
Techquickie: https://www.youtube.com/user/Techquickie
NCIX.com: https://www.youtube.com/user/NCIXcom

Those three channels are managed by one guy, Linus Sebastian. He knows what he's talking about!

OC3D TV: https://www.youtube.com/user/TimeToLiveCustoms

I'm a new subscriber to this channel as of yesterday but I really like this guy. Probably because he's British, like me :)  I'm not sure if he manages the OC3D forums but he's definitely one of the main people behind it. Definitely check out the OC3D forums if you like the channel; they do focus on over-clocking a lot but they probably have some sticky threads on PC building.

I haven't had a look to see if this channel has any PC building guides but I'd be surprised if they didn't.

https://www.youtube.com/user/bryaneasy

One of my favourite tech-related channels. I would tell you to have a look at his £xxx PC builds but you've already bought all your stuff so there's no need. Again, I don't know if he has any PC building videos but, just like the last channel, I'd be surprised if he didn't.

+1 to Ninjamilez.
I recommend Linustechtips and Tek Syndicate these guys are always giving out build guides.
But be extra cautious while handling your components or placing them in your motherboard.
SPECIALLY the CPU!
Don't force anything, if you are forcing it, then you're doing it wrong! Watch the videos multiple times and again, be extra cautious you don't want to screw this up!
Good luck! :)

I'd also say that when you're building it's good to have the video that you liked the most open on a laptop while you're building so you can go along with the build. Just like those Christmas cooking shows. :p

No problem.

You really can learn a lot just by looking around on the internet. My friend told me that he learned more from the internet when he was building his first PC than he did in two years during his GCSE Cisco class.

Oh and BTW about the cables and stuff the videos are not enough.
They just say put the 6pin connector in the blah blah...
You have to read the manuals too to figure out exactly what to do.
And again, good luck!
