hi guys
i recently upgraded my cpu from intel pentium g620 to an i7 2600 ( used , tested no problems )
but the problem started after installing the intel hd 2000 driver. After restarting the system just freezes past the win 7 boot logo with a black screen (i can hear the cpu fan revving up)
tried every versions of windows xp to 8 32 and 64 no use ,downloaded the latest driver from asus website nothing . I am just puzzled , i can boot successfully with graphics driver disabled in device manager using safe mode and also with an external gpu
my specs are
intel i7 2600
asus p8h61 mle
psu cheap 450w
8gb corsair
wd 1tb
gpu buying one soon
is my mobo defective ??
or does it have anything to do with my psu ??
