FX-8320 with Enermax ETS-N30 overheat?

So I have this CPU in a new build on stock speeds and voltage with that aftermarket cooler, Enermax ETS-N30, and I'm not sure if my temps (while gaming) are normal or not. I read some similiar threads but noone had these temps if I remember right.
My Build:
MOBO: ASUS M5 A97 R 2.0
CPU: FX-8320 black edition
VGA: Gigabyte Radeon 270x 2GB edition
RAM: 1xSilicon power 8gb
Case: Cooler master K380 with 2 chassis fans, one intake, one exhaust
Ambient temp: 25C
I use Open hardware monitor to monitor temps. Here is the link for the image of the readings. I believe temperature nr. 1 is socket temp.

are these temps normal or should I be worried?

Solution
You are correct, the first is the socket temperature.

You're, uh, right at the cusp of dangerous thermal levels. As long as you don't go higher, you should be fine. But, I would consider investing in a better cooling solution. (Perhaps the ETS-T40?)

thought so, thank you for your answer. And by the way, when I touch the side of the case its warm like hell, but the air that is being exhauted on the back is just slightly warm. I assume I should repaste it.
