how do you keep your cpu and gpu to cool when gaming

Performance shouldn't drop when lowering temps. Get an aftermarket cooler for your CPU. Hyper 212 EVO should do the trick.

As for the GPU, you can either put extra fans in your case to help cool off the GPUs, or watercool them.

That is not an overly hot CPU - so any solid after market heatsink/fan should suffice. Remember to clean the previous thermal paste and use a good paste when making this change. You can research this topic - there are a ton of threads.

As for the GTX 760, there are also after market cooling solutions for these as well. Same rules apply for thermal paste.

if you wish to go crazy - you may want to consider liquid cooling - many people have had really good success with this - and it allows for some significant over clocking if you want to go in that direction. Many threads on liquid cooling abound as well.

Also - give a good look at your case cooling and airflow.

good luck.
