try with HWMONITOR AND CHECK CPU TEMP AND PSU VOLTAGE
if your cpu have a igp , try to boot with it instead of the gpu and see

ok your cpu have a Maximum operating temperature of 67.9°C , check with the hwmonitor software above
this cpu need 130 Watt maximum at full load...
so i notice you do not have any integrated graphic in your cpu ..so forget what i told you about igp
