I want to buy a new gpu and I like nvidia PhysX, but I'm between the R9-280X 3gb (300$ right now) and the GTX 770 2gb (347$).

I want to know if the game have stutter with Ultra Textures due to limited vRAM (gtx 770 2gb) or you can play smoothly?. In that case, should be better get the R9 280X or the GTX 760 4gb version?. I always pick nvidia though. (evga and physx).

All in 1080p

First of all, I highly recommend PNY for their lifetime warranty, and those two models are using their new custom coolers, custom PCBs and components. Both are overclocked, the OC at 1059 MHz and the OC2 at 1150 MHz. Probably not worth the extra $100, since you can overclock yourself, but that OC2 is nice. In fact, it has one of the highest factory overclocks of any GTX 770 model on the market...

If you are turning AA(anti-aliasing) higher than normal and gaming at resolutions higher than normal then my friend the r9 280x will be your best choice! if not then gtx 770 would perform very slightly better, but in some cases, negligable!
the gtx 760 is not at the level of the r9 280x or gtx 770 so i dont think that gtx 760 will be a very good option
m-stutter? no way man! 2 gb is enough even for watch dogs ultra textures!
as far as physx is concerned! what is your processor?

My cpu is 3470 @ 4ghz thanks to my mobo.

Watch Dogs Ultra Textures requires 3gb, that's why I'm asking and my GTX 650ti boost can handle the game with 30-35fps but due to the vRAM limit it have too much stutter I want to know if the owners of the GTX 770 2gb have the same problem when use all the vRAM.

OK sorry I have never played watch dogs and wasn't aware they even had a specific requirement for 3gb of video memory. If indeed it does use all the vram and jumps over to system memory then you will notice a drop in performance.

you have a pretty good processor and for physX just install the drivers from the internet and you'll have your physX
but it'll not be as smoothly as the gpu does bcoz in that case the cpu does physX
I don't think watch dogs will require 3gb but if you still believe it then r9 280x all the way and for physX do what i've told you above.

You have the wrong idea. VRAM is going to limit your performance and possibly cause stuttering if you're turning up the AA, or pushing the graphics settings further than the card can handle. The issue more or less comes down to the card's performance, not the VRAM. If you're going to buy a 770 and expect to be able to use the same graphics settings without stuttering as the 780 or 780 Ti, then well, you're out of luck. If you want to play at Ultra+ settings with no stutter, pony up and pay for the card that will be able to handle it, if not, be satisfied with playing on a mixture of high and ultra with the 770.

You can still get the 770 and have pretty stellar looking graphics, they just won't be the best.

If you get a console, you'll likely be playing at 768p and the graphics will still more than likely look worse than playing at 1080p at medium settings.

Well, they're both 4GB cards. The $410 is sold by CircuitCity, the $310 one is sold by Amazon. I thought Circuit City was out of business, as they have closed all of their shops in my area a loooooooooong time ago. They might just be trying to mark it up and sell what they can at an overly expensive price.

I didn't really see any clock timings, so I'm lead to believe that the $410 is overclocked (as the product states in the title), and the $310 is not.

Great choice. Be sure to register your card on PNY's website within (I think) 90 days, which will extend your 3 year warranty to a lifetime warranty. You can't beat that!

Hint: write down your serial numbers, or take a photo of your bar code/serial number on the back of the card before you install it. You'll need that when you register for the warranty.
